Delete your account in the app

You can delete your PAntry account at any time from inside the app:

• Open PAntry and go to Settings.
• Choose Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is permanent. It removes your account and all data linked to it, including your pantry items, saved recipes, preferences, chat history and sign-in details. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

What we keep

When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems straight away, and residual copies in backups are deleted on a rolling basis within around 35 days. We keep basic subscription and transaction records for up to six years, as UK tax and accounting law requires; these are retained for legal compliance and are not used for any other purpose.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. If you have one, cancel it separately in your Google Play subscriptions before or after deleting your account.

Can't sign in?

If you can no longer sign in to the app, email us at hello@pantry-app.co.uk from any email address and tell us the email you signed up with. We will delete your account for you and confirm once it is done.
